  The Feeding San Diego Coffee Collective is coffee that positively impacts the lives of those facing hunger. The coffee itself is artisanal crafted organic coffee sourced from sustainable farms worldwide. You can indulge in the rich flavors of Tower Roasting’s premium craft coffee, knowing that not only is it organic and fair-trade coffee, but every sip helps end hunger and reduce food waste. With every purchase, 30% goes directly to Feeding San Diego to support our hunger relief and food rescue programs.

• How much of my purchase supports the cause?

  When you purchase coffee from Feeding San Diego Coffee Collective, 30% of the total amount directly contributes to Feeding San Diego’s critical hunger-relief programs.

  The remaining 70% covers the production costs of the coffee, ensuring the highest quality in every cup. Any extra donations you choose to add to your order are deposited directly to Feeding San Diego and are 100% tax-deductible.

• Why do you charge shipping?

  Our commitment to making a positive impact on Feeding San Diego and their mission is a key factor. Absorbing the cost of shipping would limit the amount we can contribute to their cause. We aim to strike between offering a quality product, supporting charitable causes, and maintaining financial sustainability.

• How long does shipping take?

  We aim to ensure your coffee is delivered in a timely manner. With a preparation time of 48 hours, shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.

  Please be aware that there might be slight variations in both preparation and shipping times, especially during holiday periods.

• What payment methods do you accept for coffee purchases and subscriptions?

  We offer secure online payment options for your convenience. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, for both coffee purchases and subscriptions.

• Can I cancel a one-time purchase order?

  We understand that circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, once a one-time purchase order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. This policy is crucial in maximizing our charitable contributions to support Feeding San Diego’s mission in providing nutritious meals for those facing hunger.

• How do I change or cancel my subscription?

  Email us 72 hours before your next order shipment at hello@feedingsandiegocoffeecollective.org. If your cancellation request is made less than 72 hours before the upcoming delivery, it won’t affect the scheduled shipment, but it will stop any future deliveries.

• What is your return or refund policy for coffee orders?

  In line with our commitment to supporting charitable causes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee orders. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Please contact our Customer Support at hello@feedingsandiegocoffeecollective.org if you encounter any of the following scenarios:

  Quality Concerns: If you find the coffee quality doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to address the issue.

  Order Errors: In the rare event of a mistake in your order, such as the wrong item or quantity, please reach out to us for resolution.

  Shipping Damages: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please provide documentation (pictures or videos) to help us understand and address the issue promptly.

  Missing or Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support. We will work diligently to investigate and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

• How do I change my shipping address?

  We are happy to help you update your shipping address, but this can only be done if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order is confirmed, it undergoes prompt processing for quick dispatch. If you require a change in the shipping address, please reach out to our Customer Support at hello@feedingsandiegocoffeecollective.org immediately to verify if the modification can be accommodated.

  If you discover an issue with the shipping address after your order has been dispatched, please follow these steps:

  Contact the Carrier: Get in touch with the shipping carrier at the earliest opportunity. Provide your tracking number and inquire about available options for address correction or redirection.

  Local Post Office: If the carrier is unable to assist, contact your local post office with the tracking number and updated address details. They may provide solutions to reroute the package to the correct destination.

• Is there a minimum or maximum donation amount for each purchase or subscription?

  You have the option to add an additional donation of $10, $25, or $50 per month, in addition to your coffee purchase. However, you can also choose ‘Coffee Only’ if you prefer not to make an additional donation, giving you full control over your contribution.

• Can I choose which specific Feeding San Diego projects or initiatives my donation supports?

  The funds donated to Feeding San Diego through the Feeding San Diego Coffee Collective support their general operations and hunger-relief and food rescue programs. It is not possible to restrict funds to a specific program through your coffee purchase.
